研究方向

主要科研工作围绕核酸化学生物学开展工作,主要针对特殊二级结构核酸(G-四链核酸、左手螺旋核酸Z-DNA)以及修饰核酸,进行结构与功能研究;发展小分子探针策略,对核酸的结构和功能进行调控;进一步拓展以特殊二级结构核酸为靶标的创新药物设计和调控工具系统;重点解决传统方向以外的新功能揭示以及创新应用拓展。
