个人简介
武汉大学化学与分子科学学院副教授,博士生导师
围绕着修饰核酸,包括表观遗传学修饰以及人工修饰的核酸,在核酸的测序、检测、调控方面取得了一些成果,开发出针对特定修饰碱基的测序方法,发现了一些比较好的检测方法和调控手段,下一步我们希望在现有基础上利用这些研究方法和手段,能够在基因层面上对相关的生物功能和机理的研究取得一些突破,并真正将检测技术应用于临床疾病的早期检测和诊断。承担项目与课题1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(2023),基于邻近诱导化学的表观遗传修饰核酸结合蛋白的标记方法;2. 国家自然科学基金重点项目(2021) G-四链核酸的分子识别机制与功能的研究。3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(2016), DNA中甲基、羟甲基、醛基胞嘧啶多位点检测及胞嘧啶羟甲基修饰的方法研究;4. 国家自然科学基金青年基金(2014),新型可诱导DNA甲基转移酶和组蛋白甲基转移酶抑制剂的设计合成,构效关系和活性研究。
