研究方向
本人所在课题组从技术层面上主要围绕着如何改善原子光谱/质谱分析的分析性能,在应用上主要集中在复杂体系中痕量/超痕量元素及其形态分析方面开展了一系列研究工作。近年来,开展了基于ICP-MS的生物医学分析新方法研究,创立了微流控芯片-ICP-MS细胞分析新技术,发展了多种元素标记ICP-MS进行蛋白质定量分析及细胞计数新方法。
