教育经历

1996年大连理工大学工学学士;2001年武汉大学理学博士;


工作经历

2002-2003年武汉大学生命科学院微生物遗传博士后;2005-2006年Ohio State University化学生物学博士后,2010年香港理工大学访问教授。在Angew Chem Int Ed, Anal Chem等期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,授权专利5项。入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才”,曾获湖北省自然科学二等奖,武汉大学优秀研究生导师奖,宝钢教育基金奖。


研究方向

1. 荧光分析方法及生物、医学应用,主要兴趣在于上转换荧光(即近红外光长波激发,可见光发射)分析方法和技术。包括两个领域:

1)双光子激发荧光试剂及探针的设计、合成和分析应用。所涉及的材料包括有机小分子和量子点、纳米碳材料、纳米金等无机纳米材料,应用领域包括i)复杂生物基质(体液样本)及食品、环境样本中的定性、定量检测及相互作用研究;ii)活细胞/组织中的生物分子/离子动态成像;iii)用于特定细胞/组织识别的双光子激发荧光材料的设计、合成及功能化。

2)上转换发光无机纳米晶体材料合成及生物传感应用,主要涉及NaYF4基质的稀土掺杂荧光材料。研究内容包括i)上转换纳米荧光材料的设计、合成及表面修饰与功能化;ii)以上转换发光材料为能量供体的共振能量转移(FRET)分析方法、技术平台的研究与构建;iii)建立生物、临床样品(全血样)中的生物大分子均相定量分析及活性研究的新方法、新技术。

2. 纳米光催化材料的合成及其应用。主要包括TiO2基纳米材料的低温化学合成及晶相、形貌控制,材料的物理化学性质及光催化机理研究,污染物降解、光催化自洁等环境应用。
